[ A Add another number to the newbie arrival for this month. Red thankfully has friendly company to help him realise what the heck is on his back, and also to rip some holes in his shirt so he can stop wearing nothing over his chest. He's carrying the rest of the clothes though, he's not messing around with changing out in a forest at this time.

Maybe you're lurking around in the forest for whatever, and wow what is that big thing you see through the trees? Or wow, what's that faint, pleasant smell in the air?

But they'll also be found in the town, with the boy and his three pokémon finding themselves led there thanks to a good pair of ears.

They're free to approach, or maybe Red will approach your character should they not seem to be in a rush. ]

Uh, excuse me?

[ B A little trouble may or may not occur. Did somebody say something about Luceti and cookies??? Who's cooking? Because that aforementioned big round guy? Red was led to the town by Pikachu's ears and Snorlax's impressive Food Is Here senses. So if anybody is baking right now, the snorlax might juuust try to circle around your house (or wherever it is you're cooking), to try and find the source and how to get to the source.

What is that shadow creeping outside your kitchen window? What is that rattling on your door knob? Are you not even in a house with food? Well, you may not be so alone for long...

Hi, sexy food havers.

Restaurants are also not safe. ]

[ Red may or may not really get this thing already. Either way he, with maybe the head of one of his pokémon peeking at the side, will be looking at the book in bewilderment. ]

[And unfortunately, that smell seems to be coming from the Bakery where Duck is currently baking goodies. She's still mostly practicing more than anything. Since Valentine's Day, she's been trying even harder to work on her baking skills to improve and help Aang out more. Although, she's not likely to try chocolate again for a while after all of the headaches she had with it before.]

[What lover of food doesn't appreciate a bakery? One that serves poor product, but Snorlax probably doesn't even know what that means.

He does know, however, that this place smells good, and there is now a ruckus happening on outside its door, along with a banging on said door.

Are there open windows to this bakery? Because if there are...]

[While she was in the back, she started to hear.... banging? She walked out towards the front to see what was going on and...

Oh my god! What was that?! Falling back in surprise, she was hidden by the display case as she accidentally let out a quack. WOOPS! Now she needed to find water... and quick.]

[Serah was out practicing in the forest at the time. Ever since she's gotten here and found Lightning, she realized that she needed to learn how to fight. Especially with everything that had happened with her back home, she didn't want to repeat that. Lightning said she would find her a crossbow and quivers to learn how to use, but as of right now she didn't have it. So instead of using the crossbow at the time, she had been practicing with Lightning's sword.

It wasn't the same obviously, but Serah didn't like the idea of just sitting around and doing nothing. While it wasn't a bad thing to just relax and enjoy her time, she also felt this was something she needed to do. Unlike her sister, she wasn't in a huge hurry to leave. So he might come across her attempting to practice using the sword.]

[Whether there's some luck involved, perhaps by heading in Serah's direction in the first place, Pikachu's ears were able to catch the sounds of movement from both body and sword, and the likely deepening of Serah's breathing that usually occurs when one trains. Whatever Pikachu thinks it is when he picks it all up, it's enough of a something to take him darting towards it.

He's low and to the ground and light, not one to make much sound; it wouldn't be odd if Serah doesn't notice him right away, observing her from beside a tree. But he does make his presence known soon enough, a curious "Pikachu?" to catch her attention. She doesn't look like the bad kind of humans, and she's also another with wings like Red suddenly got. He has no idea what she's doing, either.

...Red and companions will catch up in a second. Have a moment with the Pikachu, Serah.]

[Training was hard work. Harder than Serah had thought it would be, but she knew it wouldn't be easy. If Lightning took it easy on her just because they were sisters, Serah wouldn't have liked it anyways. She didn't noticed Pikachu at first because she wasn't really paying attention to anything else at the moment. It wasn't until Pikachu made a sound that caused her look.

What was this creature watching her? It looked awfully cute. She'd never seen anything like it before, but that was to be expected in a place that gave them all wings like this.Letting out a small huff, she stuck the sword into the ground.]

Hello there. Are you lost?

[Did someone say cooking? ...It isn't cookies, but there's definitely a rather delicious, but fishy, smell wafting from the plate of grilled mackerel Haruka has in his hands.

And it has attracted a plethora of stray cats to where he's sitting outside the Flame Building.

But is grilled mackerel also a Pokemon attractant?]

[It certainly is. Anything with a luxurious smell (read: a smell that Snorlax can pick up) is enthralling to the pokémon, and whatever Red was doing, pffft, brb you just somehow miss a seven foot tall pokémon go from being right there to being elsewhere.

Though that elsewhere isn't too far at least. Hey, Haruka, did the sun suddenly go in or is that Snorlax blocking it out as he joins the cats in watching you not feed them?]

[IT'S PRETTY HARD NOT TO MISS THAT SHADOW. Some of the stray cats hiss at the sight of Snorlax but the majority get intimidated by the sheer bulk of him and run away.

Haruka looks up. ...Is this another of Silver's animals?

A pause, before Haruka offers the plate to the weird animal.]

[That sure is a leafy looking monster thing on his journal today. He's met trainers here in the past, but he's never come across anything that looks like an Ivysaur before. Caius stares at his journal for a moment before speaking up.]

Hey! Is there something wrong with your journal? [You're looking a little puzzled over there dude.]

[!! A person spoke! And appeared! What luck. Really, Red had no idea what he was doing with the journal, or what the journal thought it was doing with all written entries and voices and videos. Did he expect a response? N..not... certain.

But he got one!]

Huh? Hey! You can hear me?

[Just going to moooove the journal closer to his face and then further away. Newbie in this journal.]

Yeah, I can hear you. I can see you and that monster of yours too.

[At first he wasn't sure if this guy was just having trouble trying to do something with his journal. Now he's watching Red move the journal around though it hits him that maybe this guy is a new feather.]

Did you get here recently? It looks like you have no idea what you're doing with this thing.

[She wouldn't exactly call it lurking, but Saori is definitely wandering around the forest today. And when she catches a whiff of something rather pleasant, it's hard not to be drawn in, her sensitive nose twitching to follow the trail. It's a little early in the year for flowers, after all, and that means either there's something going on...or somehow spring has snuck up on her.

At the end of the trail, of course is Ivysaur, and...oh what a curious little creature he is...something the likes of which she's never seen. So don't mind her, she's just staring at your pokemon.]

[It's not long after they've all woken up, thankfully close together. Red's sitting on the ground with his black shirt in his hands, trying to figure out what to do with it; he's already tried to put it on once, but that didn't go well.

Snorlax and Pikachu are behind him, having decided to investigate the new additions to his body. Snorlax's just reached out to hold one of the wings in his claws - gently, even - yet the touch of them on the sore wings make the boy wince with a loud-] Ow! [Snorlax looks sorry for that, but Red shakes his head.] Don't worry about it. They're really sore already...

[Pikachu's head had perked up already, being the first to notice the new company, but it was only then that he decides to pipe up to point it out to everybody. Ivysaur has to turn to look at her, and Snorlax and Red only have to look up and pay attention to see their company.

A... pretty lady, in the middle of nowhere?]

Who.. [A little more sure (and confused), now-] Who are you?

[She notices the boy after a moment, though only really after he's spoken and she's also noticed the enormous Snorlax and the other little creature that looked surprisingly like some sort of rat. Her eyes pass over each in turn, assessing them and trying to place them. Not people she knows, at all. But the plant creature certainly smells nice.

Her theory that it's something unusual confirmed, she smiles at the young man. Clearly the creatures were his pets and companions, judging by how they seemed to hover around him.]

My name is Saori, young man. I'm sorry if I startled you. Your...companion's scent attracted me.

[She pauses, looking at him thoughtfully.]

What are these creatures? I've never seen anything quite like them before.

( Annie glances up from her readings in the journal. She doesn't recognize the one approaching, but he seems young, and it's one point in his favor. Any large animal companions were points in the other direction.

She looks between him and any critters keeping him immediate company. )

Yes?

( Snorlax may be most of the concern there, standing at 7'00". But he stands looking around at his surroundings and all the buildings; places like this usually mean food to him.

Ivysaur and Pikachu aren't big at all (3'03" and 1'05" respetively), but they're at least keeping attention to the person that Red is, standing closer by his sides than Snorlax who stands behind them.

Red's got the signs of a New Feather, at least. Wearing the standard plain trousers and holding onto the rest of his clothing not the shirt he's wearing or the shoes on his feet, he looks defenceless. Even got a leaf stuck in his hair. He takes note of the book in her hands for a second, recognising it, but doesn't focus on it any longer than that. )

Do you know where we are? ( With the wings herself, Red thinks she might. He looks around at the location, taking in the weirdness of it all. ) We were in Fuschia one second, then we turned up here, in the forest.

( And now he looks back at her, with an uneasy face. ) Even their pokéballs were gone!

( If he got robbed, it's a really weird robbing. )

[It's Red that approaches Gold, and he turns around to face him upon being called. A purple twin-tailed monkey Pokémon stands next to him, though it's likely not one Red would ever recognize.]

'Sup?

[He's quick to mentally note that Red has three Pokémon following him, meaning he's a Pokémon trainer. An Ivysaur, a Snor...lax... and a... Pi...ka...chu... ...Okay what the hell is going on here?]

[There's a slight excitement when he speaks up to Gold more so others he's tried before him. It's the first he's seen of another creature that could be a pokémon - sure he doesn't know what it actually is, but it definitely looks really really pokémon, and that's a relief. All the other people he's tried speaking to have just been like 'What's a pokémon?']

Are you a pokémon trainer? I'm looking for my pokémon. I found these three with me-[he turns his head to look at each one of them]- but I can't find the other three I had with me. None of their pokéballs were there.

B, apologies for being late!

[Pros: there is definitely food in that strange large house. It might not be baked goods, but the smell of food is definitely there.

Cons: The house is being guarded by a giant red Gyarados that's lounging around outside. Surely this great and angry creature is a... repellant...

Wait a minute. That Gyarados doesn't seem unfriendly at all. In fact, it seems pretty happy to see another Pokémon around and immediately engages Snorlax- you hungry, buddy? We've got plenty of food here.]

[In Snorlax's stomach, there are only pros in the world.

Though he does approach the location with some caution, though it might not be so obvious with the way he struts his stuff there. He knows that there's food there, but will the large gyarados been an issue between him and it?

It turns out that no, no it won't. And the invitation in lights up Snorlax's face from a 3 to a 10 instantly, and he waves a paw hand up to him. Thanks, I'm famished! I've been walking around for ages!

Snorlax will be very happy to be allowed to enter strange large houses for food. Meanwhile, Red and his other two pokémon are on the scene- and Red stops suddenly at the sight of the red gyarados, staring at it.....

until his face lights up, and he points to its direction, looking at Pikachu and Ivysaur frantically.] Wow!! It's gotta be a pokémon!

[ Ikki is not at all in a rush! And, notably, she...actually is being accompanied by a Pokemon. She and her partner are sitting at the fountain near the center of Luceti, where Ikki had been cheerfully chatting on about something or another - it was hard to say what, since she was going a thousand miles a minute - while the bird Pokemon apparently listened.

They both look up when approached, though. ]

Yeah?

[pokeboy]

[ Can Red just be distracted from whatever else it was he was going to ask? Because a possible new pokémon just gets him going, and his eyes are directly on the bird and possibly sparkling.

And let's just say that Red is a bit more properly dressed for this conversation, though still carrying leftover clothes a book with him. ]

Wow, is that a pokémon? It is, right? [ He wants to bend down and look at it closer and everything else, which - he sort of does, but spending down on the spot he stands, holding off on getting closer in case it might shy of new company. ] What is it?

[While Duck is having her shift at the bakery, Aang has been doing some baking of his own back at House 56. He has just finished making a fruit pie and leaves it on the nearby windowsill to cool. Ah, spring may be coming soon.]

[ Isn't that a nice house.

Luceti is sure to be ripe with many unusual sounds. Talking, practicing, animals, thumping. Even a growl - that's not very odd, is it?

By now, Snorlax has probably been told off a many times about wandering off to answer the call of food. But, alas, a Snorlax doesn't learn how to follow such ridiculous requests so easily. Especially when foods just smell sooooo good.

Aang, we hope you don't mind a Snorlax just suddenly shifting the whole front of its body through your window out of nowhere, two chubby arms poking out at the sides. It all happens so fast, so suddenly - and now he's stuck there, making loud noises and wiggling around frantically.

Though the pokémon isn't the only uninvited visitor to your kitchen. Pikachu's been keeping a good eye on the snorlax's movements, and before he could swipe the pie from the windowsill, the mouse jumped in front and took the pie in his possession, slipping onto his stomach and ending with the pie plate dangling between life and death in his tiny hands. ]

Pikaaa!
