Hi, my name's Red. I've got a couple of questions... I wanted to ask about first aid and the battle dome, and also if there's anybody that knows about fixing things? [ He looks away ] I don't have anything broken, but I wanted to have something looked at.

[ Right, anyway. Back to the screen. ]

But with the first aid... I was wondering if anyone had the time to help me see if I know what I'm doing? I got taught how to put on bandages a long time ago, but I don't think I was doing it right the last time I did it.

[ Maybe it had been fine, but a refresher would be good either way. ]

Anyway, then the battle dome - I wanted to know about what fighters train against in there. [ This was going to be hard, but ] I know people here have different abilities, and what we can handle is different too. I've tried creatures not from my world, but I guess...

[ What does he guess? He thinks, pinching his bottom lip in. ]

...I guess I just want to know if there's something better me and my pokémon can do. Everything's still challenging in the battle dome, but I want -- more? [ Um.

That sounds... bad? He fidgets, then shrugs. ] I don't know. I thought it'd be interesting to know what else we could fight on there. That's about it really.

Hey, Caius. [ He pauses, trying to think of how to continue... ] You fight with a sword, right? I want to practice with you sometime, if you've got the time.

The battle dome? It's okay. There's nothing wrong with it but I want to do a good job. I want us to do our best.

Yeah, I do. And I've got time. [He's always got time for his friends okay.] But wait, you sure you wanna practice with me? Are you gonna bring your pokemon along too or something?

[He remembers Red mentioning he was learning how to defend himself awhile back, but his first thought is Red wants him to go up against his pokemon instead.]

I'll bring them, but I wasn't going to fight with them. [ Unless... ] Do you think it's a bad idea? A lot of the fighters use swords... and I really want to practice!

[Voice]

No way, it's not a bad idea! [He can get behind wanting to practice, especially when there aren't random encounters monsters roaming around all over the place to test your strength on like back home.] I just wasn't expecting it... If you're free and think you can handle it we can go start practicing in the dome now.

What do you need looked at? I could help you with first aid too, though Law at the Battle Dome teaches a combat first aid class. I think it'd be worth asking him about it.

[She could answer the question about what she trains against in the Battle Dome, but Ginia isn't sure she wants to tell him she fights against humans and Third Party members.]

I want someone to look at one of my pokéballs. If they get broken then I can't use it and then I won't be able to move my pokémon around easy. So I wanted to know if someone could try and figure them out if anything ever happened to them.

[Ginia reads the message, then reads it again. The implication is pretty obvious and it's a horrifying and troublesome idea.]

I'm sorry I can't help with that, though I hope you can find someone who can. Maybe someone at the smithy would be able to figure something out. Or create some kind of armor or protective case for the pokéballs.

[ Oh! Nodding. ] I'd like to see. Do you fight something from your world?

[She gives him a cheerful smile.]

I'll be there most of the morning, if you're coming to training. Today we can do something different.

I know first aid. [Although she had been making use of it less and less often now that she had a better grip on Nala's magic.]

Did you hurt yourself? [There was a slight tinge of worry in her voice. Kids were getting hurt even here, weren't they...]

Oh, no, I'm okay. [ He shakes his head. But, oh, right- ] I mean, I did before, and I think I covered them up okay? But I wanted to make sure I was doing them properly. In case I have to do it again.

[ Because sometimes you couldn't get anyone else to do it, and other alternatives weren't the safest. ]

But a friend told me there's first aid classes here, so I'm going to check it out. Thanks though, miss.

Is that right... [She tilted her head and held her chin in thought.] Well, good. Even if you end up never using it, it's better to be prepared!

[A short pause.] Oh, don't forget about the clinic either, alright? You're not going to be an expert at first aid right away, so make sure to go to them if you're in bad shape.

[Oops, she really just said all that. It was a force of habit.]

Fixing things? Ah, well, I do know alchemy is useful for such things. But what sort of creatures...hm, I know there's a myriad of creatures from my world that you can battle...but I tend not to do that. [ It feels weird to fight and hurt beings he actively deals with and teaches. ]

Oh, what do you fight then, Helios? [ He'll save the topic of fixing things for now. ]

Ah I typically practice on dummies, actually. Or-or random monsters hat-that I'm not acquainted with.

[Action/sometime after papa makes an ass of himself]

[It's later in the afternoon, and Silver should have known that the battle dome would be full at the time.

So he checks his journal. Red's looking for new stuff to do in the battle dome, huh?

...Maybe he's in one of the rooms. Silver searches around the battle dome for him.]

[ The easiest way to search for a person in one of the rooms of the battle dome is by the second floor, where the training of other people can be seen in action with the gracious complementaries of seats, snacks, and healing substances at one's disposal.

Silver won't find Red downstairs, but he will up there. It is much later in the afternoon, and it's the earliest that Red's ever put a stop to training when he's finally grabbed one of the rooms.

There's no choice in the matter, though; his pokémon are tired even after getting treated and need their rest, and Red doesn't have any of his usual desire to continue on anyway. Not because of the previous training, not any of those hard trials, but --

Red doesn't notice anybody else come upstairs, or doesn't care to look when he hears the footsteps, sitting on one of the benches. The people downstairs don't have his attention either. But there's a yellow figure in his arms - Pikachu - resting quietly, and though Red's head is bowed downwards, he's not looking at the pokémon. Not right then.

He's thinking. It might look as much, with the distant expression on his face, that seems as well to say that it's about nothing pleasant. ]

Another Pokemon trainer, hm? [Another one named after a color, at that, seriously why is this a thing with humans.] The battle dome has a wide variety of programs available, and all of them are customizable. It depends entirely upon what "more" you are looking for.

As for fixing things...are you speaking about something mechanical?

I wanted to know what other people battle because not everything you can bring up in the battle dome is good for fighting. I guess I didn't really have a good idea about what I wanted. I just wanted to see if I could challenge my pokémon better.

I know people can fight and handle different things but I thought I would see what people said.

Can you fix things?
