Hi, my name's Red. I've got a couple of questions... I wanted to ask about first aid and the battle dome, and also if there's anybody that knows about fixing things? [ He looks away ] I don't have anything broken, but I wanted to have something looked at.

[ Right, anyway. Back to the screen. ]

But with the first aid... I was wondering if anyone had the time to help me see if I know what I'm doing? I got taught how to put on bandages a long time ago, but I don't think I was doing it right the last time I did it.

[ Maybe it had been fine, but a refresher would be good either way. ]

Anyway, then the battle dome - I wanted to know about what fighters train against in there. [ This was going to be hard, but ] I know people here have different abilities, and what we can handle is different too. I've tried creatures not from my world, but I guess...

[ What does he guess? He thinks, pinching his bottom lip in. ]

...I guess I just want to know if there's something better me and my pokémon can do. Everything's still challenging in the battle dome, but I want -- more? [ Um.

That sounds... bad? He fidgets, then shrugs. ] I don't know. I thought it'd be interesting to know what else we could fight on there. That's about it really.

Hey, Caius. [ He pauses, trying to think of how to continue... ] You fight with a sword, right? I want to practice with you sometime, if you've got the time.

[ well this surely isn't odd. ]

The battle dome? It's okay. There's nothing wrong with it but I want to do a good job. I want us to do our best.

[Oh, he's as quaint and naive as ever.] I'm looking for a harder challenge myself. Nothing else here has what I'm looking for.

Yeah, I do. And I've got time. [He's always got time for his friends okay.] But wait, you sure you wanna practice with me? Are you gonna bring your pokemon along too or something?

[He remembers Red mentioning he was learning how to defend himself awhile back, but his first thought is Red wants him to go up against his pokemon instead.]

[ Harder challenge... ]

There's really strong people here if you talk to them. There's stronger trainers with pokémon too. Or did you mean the battle dome? Someone here might have good ideas. I can tell you if people tell me anything if you want.

[ bro... so friendship. ]

I'll bring them, but I wasn't going to fight with them. [ Unless... ] Do you think it's a bad idea? A lot of the fighters use swords... and I really want to practice!

No way, it's not a bad idea! [He can get behind wanting to practice, especially when there aren't ~~random encounters~~ monsters roaming around all over the place to test your strength on like back home.] I just wasn't expecting it... If you're free and think you can handle it we can go start practicing in the dome now.

[Can you handle his skills Red? Huh? Can you??]

[ I think you mean test your might. But can he handle it? Only one way to find out...! ]

Sure, I'm near there now. Should I wait outside for you? I've already got my stuff.

A little dome like that is nothing compared to battling face-to-face with another Trainer. You should know that better than anyone else.

[Famous last words before Red ends up splattered over the dome after being on the receiving end of a Fatality--]

You can head in and set up a room for us if you want. [It beats waiting around outside!] I'll be over there soon!

[He just needs to grab his things and he'll be there in a couple of minutes.]

[ And this is why fiddling with the battle dome settings is a Bad Idea. Practice safety first. ]

Alright! I'll make Pikachu wait for you and he can lead you in.

[NAAAH just go right in, smash the console with your fist a few times and let come what may. What's the worst that could happen!?]

[Aaand like he said, a few minutes later he's walking towards the battle dome, all geared up and ready to go! Now where's the yellow electric rodent he's meant to follow?]

[ Right there in front of the door to see! He even steps forward and waves up an arm. ] Pii, pii!

[ Here here buddy! Pikachu then turns for the door - thankfully being held open with a slab stone at the corner - and motions for Caius to follow. ~~amazing details to soon follow after work~~ ]

[HEY YOU, PIKACHU! He lifts up a hand to wave back at the pokemon before following him inside to see what Red is up to. ~~waits warmly for the intense and amazing hd details to come~~]

What do you need looked at? I could help you with first aid too, though Law at the Battle Dome teaches a combat first aid class. I think it'd be worth asking him about it.

[She could answer the question about what she trains against in the Battle Dome, but Ginia isn't sure she wants to tell him she fights against humans and Third Party members.]

[Well, since he's asking...]

Do you want to know what I train against, Red? I don't mind showing you. Or giving you more difficult opponents.

How about it? Battle me in the dome if you want a real challenge.

[ Something about this is really really odd. The fact this person is being weirdly mysterious too is a total off-putting thing, but...

The name isn't totally unfamiliar. Was it that one guy...? ]

[ Oh, combat first aid classes! Sounds good. But as for about the object... he'll send this message not connected to his entry, for some privacy. ]

I'll look into the classes and for Law. Thanks Ginia. I want someone to look at one of my pokéballs. If they get broken then I can't use it and then I won't be able to move my pokémon around easy. So I wanted to know if someone could try and figure them out if anything ever happened to them.

Today. You're not getting any younger.

[Not that Giovanni can say anything about that.]

[ ~~ok hold onto your butt~~ Upon entering, the inside turns into the outdoors where, be careful Caius, there's a set of steps going downwards onto a soft beach right from the entrance. Just a few though, and Pikachu bouncing down them first hopefully will be enough of a warning for you.

It's a small sandy area Red's picked, with rocky walls on both sides encasing in the view and leading it only downward to the blue ocean. The ground forward isn't even, but it's not a steep slope either despite the way it seems to lead towards the sea. At least it's easy enough to spot Red and his other pokémon with the limited direction to look in.

Snorlax, as one might guess, is flopped out on the sand with spread-out arms and legs, while Venusaur leans close to him, eyes closed until Pikachu comes on over to alert Red of Caius's arrival. The boy looks at much as he always does, but he's got a fighting staff with him, held in both hands as he swings it in a pattern - from under one elbow, to the other, and to over the shoulder.

But he stops when he hears Pikachu, turning to Caius and holding the weapon down in one hand so he can wave. ]

Hi! Caius!

I am if you ask another trainer from my world. I'm probably not the Red you think I am you know.

[ Oh! Nodding. ] I'd like to see. Do you fight something from your world?

[What? Oh...that thing. That's almost disappointing.]

We'll see about that.
