Hi. Does anyone know how people make perfumes? Or the sticks that you burn and they give off smells.

And... I want to know about plants and medicines too! So if anyone knows just send me a message, okay? I don't want to know everything, just one or two things. Thanks.

Hi, can I meet with someone who can make a ball of water without it touching anything? I want to try an attack on it, so - if you don't care about water exploding and you have a free hour sometime, let me know! Thanks!

[ For the day (or even a few days before or after), Red can be found in a few number of places. First are trips into the bakery, grocery shop, convenience store -- heck, he'll visit all of the coffee/tea/restaurants/places that look like they serve food in them (oh, maybe he'll get a glimpse of that beautiful lady today...!). He shall also be carrying Very Big Bags that food is going in. After that - or somewhere in all of that, whenever the place opens - is a visit to the flower shop, the boy look at the flowers with his pikachu on his shoulder but really, he's waiting to see someone who runs it!

After that and grabbing a quick bite to eat is a visit to the Willow Tree, and then a visit to the Farmlands to see if there's anything to be done and to check in on Luke Skywalker's bantha Hamal. Doesn't matter if you're back to seeing him Luke, Red and him are bros. Red's pokémon Venusaur is out as always around this time (and everyone else, though those guys are eating), at a section of the ground with her multiple vines on the ground. Her flower is glowing softly, and the ground around her is actually poking out with small dots of green... is that grass? And do the plants in front of her look more grown?

Later on comes his training with a few people, as well as going to the Battle Dome when a room's available. Except there the trainer isn't always going to be inside, instead watching over them from the viewable pane on the second floor. (Hey is that Vegeta?? THAT GUY...) But there will be times when he's in there as well. Hey man who knows.

Considering the type of training they've been undertaking though, Red's not going to be at the battle dome the whole day -- his pokémon will need the rest. They'll take a walk into the forest, whether joined at whatever moment by Snorlax and Venusaur (Pikachu is an always, though the little mouse may be up in the trees at the time), sometimes stopping so that they can just chill. Red might be taking advantage of that whole just relaxing thang, but he may be testing out some tricks with the spells he's learnt. One of those will be creating a ball of light and then chucking it, bouncing it to go far - and then making it go in a flash of light at his command. What a nice waste of time.

And let's just throw in some other options too! Maybe they're on this day or a day before. Screw the rules of time. Training is an important thing for the trainer, and Red likes to make use of the open land once people get out of the forest towards the mountains. Nice and spacious, though sometimes he makes use of the teleporter to the hot springs to test the mountain ground as well.

Because they want to make some earthquakes, though trying to be mindful of other people around. With their training these days focusing more and more on how one uses their energy to cause bigger damage, getting it to do more than just shake the ground is worth testing out, and there's a different between the dirty earth and the rocky stone of the mountains...

(Gonna try hopping off if they hear anything suspicious approaching though! Yeah buddy we're talking about you. You know who you are.)

And then some days there's a visit to the beach. Big bird Lugia, are you going to be helping with that sometimes? Or at least a ride back to the village? Thanks bro. Because they've been having test matches against each other, Red's three pokémon against such an astounding legendary of the sea. And when they're not fighting? It's chilling on the beach together, Red with his journal out to read to the oversized seagull.

Or a Snorlax might be punching the water. Or kicking it. The sand too. Who even likes sand. ]

I've talked to Ash a few times, and Crystal seems pretty nice, but I don't know them that well. [Ginia pauses to think of who else she's met.] I got a ride on Silver's gyarados to the desert ruins and I've met Lugia too.

[ Ah, that works. ]

Then Silver- him and Crystal are from the same world, and the other Red is from their world. And Ash, he's from a different world, and he's friends with another trainer called Cilan. And then me- there's a Champion here called Lance from my world, and then another guy.

[ Let's not even dignify him by saying his name. ]

Ash told me he started his journey with Pikachu, and he's friend with professor's grandson called Gary Oak. I was friends with a professor's grandson called Blue Oak, and then Red... I don't know about him, but I know they've got the same guy, but he's called Green - Green Oak, I guess.

Did that make sense?

[There's a confusing web. Ginia nods slowly as she follows along, mentally sorting out everyone into different categories. It helps there seems to be a color naming theme through one set of worlds.]

I think so. Is it weird meeting people from another a world that's just like your own but with small differences?

[Because while Ginia's met others from a version of Earth, no one's ever been from her own specific version of Earth or one that sounds remotely close to it.]

It wasn't. [ Wasn't, as far as he could remember. His focus shifts as he thinks back on that - hearing about another Red once, but it not meaning much. Everything about it was fine, except for the odd occasion, though... ]

But it's weird meeting people like you. Or their friends - some stuff's happened because of that. [ He shrugs. It's not something he should be calling back on. A situation apologised for. ]

I've heard some weird things about people too, but- I don't really ask a lot about our worlds.

[Ginia gives a tiny smile when Red mentions it's weird meeting people like her. So it probably is weirder meeting people from other worlds where pokemon don't exist (and yet where they have other things in common). She's curious about what's happened or the weird things from other people, but it's none of her business.]

I guess that's fair. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have more people from my world here. Evan, my friend, he's actually from two years after me.

[Two years after her death, specifically. It was reassuring getting news and finding out her death hadn't been in vain, but it was bittersweet too.]

[ Funnily enough, he hadn't meant to mean her at all, but still on the subject of different pokémon worlds. Alas. ]

Yeah? What's that like for you? [ But, he smiles. ] I bet it's nice having a friend around.

It is. It'd been awhile since I'd seen him so it's nice seeing him here, catching up on things.

[Her expression falls slightly. He was mallynapped while she was in Pagoda and returned a few days ago under the affect of a shift. While he'd settled in, it was still a little stressful taking care of a teenager still getting used to missing an arm. And maybe selfishly, she needed someone she could talk to about things and that wasn't going to happen right now.]

I should introduce you to him sometime. He's a friendly guy, great singer.

[ He sees it, but he doesn't understand it -- could've been a bittersweet experience, especially if he was from the future. But Red keeps his own face cheerful. ]

Sure! I could introduce you to someone too. [ a pause ] There's Lance, the Champion from my world. He's older than me - maybe as old as you? But he's not a kid, so you don't have to worry about talking to more youngsters like me.

[ He wears a small grin at that. ]

[Red's comment and grin brings a smile back.]

I'd love to meet him. It's always nice meeting older people, though I'm not sure there are too many people older than me here. Strange living in a place where I'm old enough to be the parent of most of the people here.

[38. She's ancient.]

How about Saori? She's a god. Think you can beat her?

[ Sorry, he's a kid - he can't help but bring up someone veeerry likely older. ]

Respect your elders, kiddo.

[But there is a valid point there. There's also Grune, another literal god, actually older than Saori.]

Saori can be my great-grandmother. I'll take my spot as likely oldest human woman in the village.

[...Beat.]

Don't tell her I said that.

[ Red definitely laughs at this first part, grinning brightly at her afterwards in a cheeky but sincere manner. ]

Sure, I'll make sure you don't get in trouble with her Misses Ginia.

Or do you like auntie better?

[Misses. Ginia wrinkles her nose at that. It sounds so... old.]

I'll accept auntie. For the record, I am actually an aunt. My older brother has two kids.

Have you ever met them? What're they like?

Is it weird knowing your brother's got kids?

I haven't met them, though we've talked through video calls. Their names are Charlie and Natalie. Charlie's a little shy, but doesn't stop talking once he warms up to you. Natalie is very bold, loves climbing trees and exploring, a real fireball.

[There's a sad smile as Ginia writes everything out. Never did get to meet them, only ever saw them through photos and video calls, plenty of emails. She was the aunt that spoiled them with gifts, but was never around either.]

And a little. Both kids are adopted and him and his husband are good parents, but it is a little weird.

[ He's nodding here and there, listening. There is a curious flicker when Ginia mentions about 'his husband', until he figures it out. Right. Saori had told him about that before... ]

My friend -- or my rival, he has a sister. I couldn't imagine her with kids. [ wait. ] I mean-- I could! She's really nice and everyone loves her, even pokémon! But it'd be weird too.

[ He pinches his smile back up. ] But I don't have any brother or sisters so I don't ever have to think about it for myself. Unless any of my pokémon have kids one day!

I understand what you mean. It's weird thinking of my brother with a family of his own, but he's a good father. [A slightly reluctant admission, but it's true. Her relationship with her brother is complicated at best, but she can admit he takes good care of his new family.]

I imagine pokémon babies are adorable.

Don't people say that about human babies too? [ Haha. But then Red grins, a certain pokémon coming to mind ] What about a pokémon made of sludge and poison that smells really really foul?

I'm not sure a pokémon like that could ever be cute. [...What the hell pokémon world, what the hell.]

What if they've got a really cute personality? They can't help they really love trash and sludge.

[ You're being incredibly mean, auntie. ]

Maybe, but I'm not entirely convinced.

That they can be cute. Though even if they were cute, I'm not sure I'd want them around if they smelled really really foul.

So no grimers or muk for you. Or glooms - they smell reeeeally bad.

What kind of pokémon do you think you would want hanging around? [ a beat ] You tell me what things you like - random things, whatever comes to mind. Maybe I'll know a pokémon that fits it!

[A pokémon she would like hanging around... Ginia's foot rubs against Laika as she thinks on the question, typing things as they come to mind.]

I've always liked dogs, cats, and horses, so I'd probably like a pokémon based on one of those. Dragon pokémon sound really cool too.
