[He hadn't thought doing something bad was what could've possibly led to the situation that was occurring now, but that really didn't matter. Red's mind was now occupied by the thoughts of the three pokémon who had been with him, those who in his distraction hadn't come to his mind, or had been pushed aside by other details, like the wings.

It doesn't please him to hear that they haven't been seen, but Red trusts enough that she isn't the reason they're not there in the first place, and he can't blame her for just anything simply because she's there. As much of a stranger as she is, and as frustrated as his heart feels right now, that's dumb and uncool, and he has to think rationally. And clearly, too.

He's got a question from her he should answer as well.]

I'm Red. Pokémon don't always look the same. There's more than three of them. [It's the start of a explanation- but maybe, possibly, this woman did see one but doesn't realise it? But before that hopeful thought can go anywhere, doubt crushes it instantly. She'd already said she hadn't seen anything, after all.

There's a chirp however, by Red's side, that draws him away from his thoughts and the woman. It's Pikachu, looking up at him, and with Red's attention upon him he goes into some more squeaks, nodding his head and then jumping down from the road he'd been sitting on and onto the covered forest ground.]

Pikachu? You'll look for them? [The mouse pokémon nods, and then proceeds to climb his way up a nearby tree to the top of its branches.]

Be careful, okay!? [From above, there's a loud 'Pika!' in response. He will! When Red looks back to the woman, he at least looks a little happier.]

Pikachu said he's going to take a look around for them. [Not that he hadn't just said that a moment ago or anything. Apologies to Saori for his attention not being entirely focused at this current time.]
