He hops over to Red, waving for his attention and then tries to relay the information as best as he can - pointing to PikaMew, and then pretending to act like each of Ash's pokémon. Pikachu is easy enough with an energetic squeak, then follows Charizard by pretending to breathe (electric) fire, and for Snivy... he acts like a cool customer.
